What is VapeRanger Wholesale?
VapeRanger is a popular and highly visible online wholesale distributor of eLiquid / eJuice vaping products, as well as other alternative products in the hemp, kratom, mushroom, and smoke shop spaces. We provide more than 2400+ brands of high quality products to choose from. In our efforts to continue to provide a wide range of brands to our wholesale customers and work to continuously expand our selections for all of our categories.
We carry all of the popular vaping lines such as Cuttwood Vapors, Naked 100, Air Factory E-Liquid, ANML Vapors, Jam Monster Liquids, Kilo E-Liquids, OHM Grown, One Hit Wonder and many, many more.
Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our valued customers, and assist them in their efforts to provide only the highest possible quality merchandise to their customers. In achieving this, we consider our largest priority on customer service, specialized pricing, and meeting the time requirements necessary for our customers to continue to provide the level of service they require to meet their customer's needs.

How do I place an order on VapeRanger.com?
Your first step to ordering on VapeRanger.com is creating your Wholesale Account (Click here to do that now)

I am not located in the U.S., can I purchase from your store?
We can ship to international customers, however you must have a valid US forwarder we can ship to, we do not allow for shipping to residential addresses.
International custoemrs will be required to send us an invoice from your forwarder showing the goods being shipped from forwarder to your origin country.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
All orders placed on VapeRanger.com are final.
Our system does not allow us to cancel orders once they have started processing.
Modifying an order that's been placed is not possible.

Troubleshooting ordering Issues:
- Check that your account has been approved, you might be able to add to cart while your account is pending but you will be unable to checkout until your account is approved. If it has been more than 2 business days since you submitted our application form, please reach out to us at info@vaperanger.com
- Check that there are no shipping restricted products in your cart. We do our best to stay up to date with each states individual restrictions on our products but if you find an issue with one of the products listed in your order please notify us at info@vaperanger.com
- Check that your payment information is correct and that there are no errors when inputting your .

Can I buy from you without a wholesale account?
VapeRanger.com only sells to licensed businesses at this time but we do sell many of our products direct to consumers on our partner sites https://www.ejuicedb.com/ ,for all your vape needs, and https://www.hemmfy.com/ ,for all your CBD and hemp derivatives.

What payment options do you offer?
We are able to accept payments from the following:
- Credit Card- All major credit card providers (Visa, Chase, Master Card, Amex, Discover)
- Bank Wire Transfer/Bank Deposit

What currency do you accept?
We currently only accept United States dollars at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. and are purchasing with us, you will be charged based on your bank's conversion rate to USD.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US States as well as territories. We currently do not ship to international addresses but can ship to freight forwarding services for international customers.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to state regulations, certain products might be restricted in your area. We do our part to keep our systems up to date as possible, but please refer to your local government regulations if you have any concerns.
What shipping options does VapeRanger offer?
We only have one shipping option at this time. We do not provide expedited or 2 day shipping.
How long does VapeRanger shipping take?
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer directly to your store.
Orders are often times shipped from multiple vendors so you might be given several different tracking numbers.
For each vendor you will receive a tracking number and notification directly to your email.

Order Issues
What do I do if I have missing items?
VapeRanger ships each brand in it's own package. Similar to Amazon, you will receive 1 package for every manufacturer you order from. Before reporting an item missing it's crucial to make sure the item isn't on it's way or in transit.

When do I receive my tracking number?
VapeRanger sends all tracking numbers via email once a package has been shipped. You can also view all tracking numbers associated with your order Track Order Page. To view a list of all your orders visit the My Account Page
Tracking Number Not Working
Please allow up to 1 business day for a tracking number to update. If there is no progress after 1 business day please contact us.
Wrong Nicotine / Size Purchased
While we understand mistakes happen VapeRanger does not typically reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Before finishing your order please note that you have ordered the correct size, nicotine or options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. If a mistake was made please contact us so we can make it right.
Broken/Damaged Items
If your items arrived broken or damaged we can fully replace all damaged on arrival items.
We'll need the following information to process a replacement
- Photo of broken or damaged item
- Date received
- Item name(s)
- Order Number
