For all customer orders, the shipping address must reflect the same address on the business license provided to our compliance department. Any orders that do not match the address submitted to our compliance department are subject to cancellation.

Processing & Shipping Times
Processing times are not included in shipping times. Shipping times are an estimate based on vendor's past 90 day shipping history. Processing times may take 1-3 business days to complete. Vendors do not ship items on weekends.
Delivery times are estimated and could vary. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time.
Packages With Incorrect Addresses
If packages are not delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete address and are instead returned to VapeRanger, VapeRanger is not obligated to refund or send replacement products. Furthermore, any reshipping services at VapeRanger expense will not be issued. If goods are returned to our facilities, we will offer a refund, but the postal costs will be subtracted.
When do I receive my tracking number?
VapeRanger sends all tracking numbers via email once a package has been shipped. You can also view your orders and associated tracking numbers in My Account
Expedited / Overnight / 2nd Day Shipping
VapeRanger does not offer Expedited, Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping.
Multiple Tracking Numbers
VapeRanger will send you multiple tracking numbers if you order from 2 or more vendors. Each vendor will ship a package to you containing your items.
Tracking Number Not Working
Please allow up to 1 business day after you receive a tracking number for the status to update. If there is no progress after 1 business day please contact us.
Shipping to APO/FPO/Military Boxes / PO Box
VapeRanger at this time does not support the ability to ship to APO / FPO / PO Boxes.
Wrong Product(s) Purchased
VapeRanger does not reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Please note that you have ordered the correct size, nicotine or options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. No refunds will be issued should the customer provide incorrect shipping or product information.
