What is VapeRanger Wholesale?
VapeRanger is a B2B online wholesale distributor based in Melville, New York, supplying licensed retailers with disposable vapes, e-liquid, vape hardware, nicotine pouches, and smoke shop supplies from 2,400+ brands.
Who can buy from VapeRanger?
VapeRanger sells only to licensed businesses such as vape shops, smoke shops, and convenience stores. All buyers must be 21 or older.
How do I open a wholesale account?
Fill out the wholesale registration form with your business details. Applications are typically reviewed within 2 business days. You can browse and add items to your cart while your account is pending, but checkout unlocks once you're approved.
Why can't I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved members. Sign in to your account or apply for one to unlock member pricing and exclusive deals.
Can I buy single units as an individual?
VapeRanger is wholesale only. For single-unit purchases, visit our retail partner eJuiceDB.
How does shipping work?
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer to your store, so you'll receive one package and one tracking number per brand in your order. Tracking numbers are emailed as each package ships, and you can follow every shipment on our order tracking page. An adult signature is required on delivery.
Do you ship to every state?
Some products are restricted in certain states due to local laws and state vape registries. We keep dedicated catalogs for the Arkansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Wisconsin registries, plus Texas compliant disposables.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers and bank deposits, and Zelle. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
Is there a minimum order?

Do you sell to international buyers?
Yes. International customers need a valid U.S. freight forwarder (no residential addresses or P.O. boxes) and must complete our international PACT Act form.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We fully replace items that arrive damaged. Email support@vaperanger.com with a photo of the item, the date received, item names, and your order number, using the subject line "ATTN: Broken/Damaged Items."
