Return Policy / Shipping Policy


Our refund policy is All Sales Final after purchase. We will only issue store credit or replacement items in the below scenarios.

All returns must be submitted with proof of damage, defect, or expiration. 

Due to limiations in returning products from overseas, ALL international sales are final and cannot be returned for any reason. 

Return Policy Intent

This policy is for customers who have received damaged, expired, or incorrect shipments from manufacturers. All products on our website ship directly from the manufacturers and/or authorized distributors. Customers must notify VapeRanger of incorrect/damaged/expired shipments within 2 weeks of delivery.

Credits (if applicable)

In approved situations, please include your order number with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your account credit.

If you your return is approved, then your credit will be processed, and you will receive an email notification with your store credit code to apply towards your next purchase

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Adult Signature required for all deliveries.
