Required GCCs are for any "liquid nicotine” (e-liquid) manufactured or imported after the effective date of the Child Nicotine Poisoning and Prevention Act, which is July 26, 2016. These forms certify that the bottles/caps are resistant to children/seniors and passes all product safety requirements in the United States.
