The General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) is paperwork created by a manufacturer of eJuice required to be made available upon request as of July 26th, 2016. Required GCCs are for any "liquid nicotine” (e-liquid) manufactured or imported after the effective date of the Child Nicotine Poisoning and Prevention Act, which is July 26, 2016.  These forms certify that the bottles/caps are resistant to children/seniors and passes all product safety requirements in the United States. All eJuice being sold in the United States must comply with this regulation. Below you will find the largest collection of eJuice GCCs on the web. Anyone can upload a new GCC using this page. All GCCs are viewable immediately.
