How to Use:

It is best to keep your One 2 One oil around room temperature, and not above 75 degrees, or below 50 degrees, but it is not required. The needed dosage amount can vary depending on your endocannabinoid system’s needs. Most users use one dropper full twice each day, however, you may use more as desired. The amount of cannabinoids taken on a daily basis can vary greatly. It can be taken anytime day or night, but we recommend for it to be taken after a meal.
